To support our growing design practice, we are pleased to announce our new Director of Design, Joe McDonnell. Joe brings extensive knowledge of creative design solutions, team building, and project management to FHI Studio. He has over 25 years of experience in all phases of site design, including permitting, layout, grading, planting, and sustainability. Joe also has considerable experience with transportation planning projects, lending his creative vision to innovative streetscape design, corridor and community master planning, place-making, and multiuse trails.

As FHI Studio looks to the future, we will continue to expand other design disciplines, including transportation and environmental. Joe will be instrumental in increasing our depth of skills within our landscape architecture practice while helping us build a full-service Design Studio capable of advancing FHI Studio’s cutting-edge planning projects into construction design.
