Our #FHIFavorites from this Summer
July 15, 2022

Giving back to the communities we serve.

This summer, the FHI Studio team had the pleasure to volunteer with one of our valued clients, the Bushnell Park Foundation! Our team assisted the foundation with maintaining the garden beds, spreading mulch rings around trees, as well as litter removal around the oldest publicly-funded park in the country.

Exploring new bike infrastructure.

FHI Studio’s Michael Ahillen joined YPT-NYC: Young Professionals in Transportation - Greater NYC Chapter in leading a fun and informative bike tour through the streets of Brooklyn, NY. The ~4 mile ride began at the dedicated bike lane on the Brooklyn Bridge and continued through Brooklyn, ending at the hugely successful Vanderbilt Ave Open Street. Along the way, the group gained insights into the implementation of bicycle infrastructure from conception to fruition.
