FHI Studio Welcomes Two New Community Engagement Planners

When we hire, we look for more than the best qualifications. We look for professionals who exhibit our core values of community, strategy, and connections. Join us as we welcome two new Community Engagement Specialists, Thalia Giraldo and Kevin Rivera!

Thalia joins FHI Studio with experience in community development, community organizing, social media management, and communications. She is passionate about empowering communities of color through knowledge, resources, and connections. Thalia is fluent in Spanish, has a background in housing and homeownership equity, and always enjoys a cafecito break.

Also joining FHI Studio is Kevin Rivera, who is passionate about working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop more livable, vibrant, and equitable communities. Kevin focuses on empowering the voices of residents. He is experienced in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with community leaders, elected officials, and stakeholder groups. Kevin is a marathon runner, fluent in Spanish, and coaches youth running.

We are excited to have Thalia and Kevin join our team. They each bring experience in, and a passion for, working with a broad variety of public stakeholders to help further FHI Studio's commitment to social equity as part of the planning process.
