FHI Studio is proud to announce that another one of our skilled engineers, Parker Sorenson has officially received his professional engineering license. Parker is a University of Connecticut graduate and has been a valuable team member of our Mobility and Land Use service line for 5 years. Parker’s experience lies at the intersection of transportation planning, transportation engineering, and community engagement. At FHI Studio, Parker frequently works on multidisciplinary teams where he tackles complex problems leveraging the power of big data and highly technical analyses to help clients, stakeholders, and the public understand the potential solutions for their communities. A large part of Parker’s work is focused on developing conceptual designs for transportation infrastructure and communicating the technical details that aid informed decision-making on study recommendations. As a professional engineer, Parker will continue to advance FHI Studio’s design capabilities while providing top-notch service to our clients and approaching engineering projects in a thoughtful, creative way.
